your quotes on a business day and you do not receive a reply after 24-36 hours, please contact us and we will
chase it up on your behalf. If you request your quotes on a weekend, please allow until Monday to receive a

you. So even though you may choose to be contacted via email, you should still anticipate a call from our
suppliers who have matched your request. This also allows you to ask them further questions.
4) Do I have to pay for quotes or is it free?
Using our quote request service is entirely free. You do not have to pay to get quotes through CopierChoice,
nor are you obliged to purchase anything. However, as our registered dealers pay us to receive quote requests
that match their products and service capability, we do ask you to only use our service if you are genuinely in
the market to compare copier prices and service in order to make a purchasing decision.
5) If I request quotes, will I get inundated with calls from dealers trying to sell me their products?
No. You will only be contacted by those dealers who match your quote request (a maximum of 3 suppliers). No
one else receives your information.

No, you are never obligated to purchase anything from anyone, but we do ask you to respect our registered
suppliers, who pay to receive matching quote requests, and only use CopierChoice when genuinely looking to
purchase new or replacement equipment. If you just need to work out a budget, use our price guide instead.
7) I only need 1 quote, can I still use CopierChoice?
Yes, you can select from 1 to 4 brands. Some dealers sell only one particular brand, others sell more than one.
If you select one brand only, you may get just one, but possibly several quotes from different dealers who sell
that brand in your area. On the other hand, you may get none if we have no registered dealer selling that brand
in your area.
8) Can CopierChoice buy my old copier or printer?
No, we do not buy equipment or used machines. If you are looking to sell your used copier or printer, please
use our classifieds site where you will be able to list your old copier, printer or multifunction device for sale
privately. It is by far the best way to sell your old equipment, as we get visited by thousands of potential copier
buyers each and every month.
9) Does CopierChoice sell copiers, printers and consumables?

There are either not enough dealers registered in your area (happens mostly in regional areas), or you have
indicated an unrealistic budget compared to your requirements. Always try to be realistic in your budget
selection on our quote form, as dealers may simply not respond when your indicated budget seems unrealistic.

Yes, but only if your purchasing timeframe is within 2 months. If you are not ready to purchase within that

17) I can't find my suburb in the drop down list when completing my address details, what do I do?
The way our current address system works requires you to know the geographical region your suburb or city is
located in. In most cases it is very straight forward and you will know. However if you do not know your region
and have tried several but cannot find your suburb, simply type it in the 'street address' field. We wil then
manually find your suburb and enter it correctly. This may cause a small delay in sending out your quote request
to our dealers.
18) If I leave the suburb field empty, will I still get my quotes?
Yes, but there may be a small delay in sending out your quote request to our dealers. If you do not know your
region and have tried several but cannot find your suburb, simply enter it in the 'street address' field. We will
then manually find your suburb and enter it correctly.
19) How does CopierChoice make money?
Our service provides a win-win for buyers and sellers. Buyers can use our quote service and resources for free.
